The website is owned by Property Administrator (Pty) Ltd and is maintained in-house. The website is hosted by Hetzner (Pty) Ltd and is located within the Republic of South Africa; however, Property Administrator (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to change its hosting partner and the Hosting location at its sole discretion. All users will be notified should such a change ever take place.
The monthly fee is currently R40 per month per property loaded onto the system. Users are obligated to load a minimum number of properties onto the system. The annual licence fee is currently not applicable, however, Property Administrator (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to institute a licence fee in the future. Existing users will be given three months notice should a licence fee be introduced in the future. It should be noted that there is no subscription period, and you may at any time discontinue using the website.

By signing the above authority the Lessor (Owner) specifically authorises PrimeSoft Solutions (Pty) Ltd to debit his account in the event of an unpaid item from the Lessee's (Tenant) account.
Lessee (Tenant) by accepting these Terms of Use of the PrimeSoft Solutions (Pty) Ltd the Lessee (Tenant) specifically confirms that he accepts the terms and conditions of the Mandate authorising the debit to his account and furthermore confirms that he has signed the said Mandate.
Should PrimeSoft Solutions (Pty) Ltd ever be left with a financial exposure as a result of any unpaid item the Lessee (Tenant) hereby agrees to PrimeSoft Solutions (Pty) Ltd instituting measures to recover such exposure, plus costs directly against him without prejudice.
Part and parcel of the offering is the obtaining of Credit Bureau information by the lessor to verify the financial standing of the potential lessee. PrimeSoft Solutions (Pty) Ltd utilises the services of Tenant Network Profile (Pty) Ltd for this purpose via a secure peer to peer link. All reports are sent directly to the respective Lessor, and copies are stored on PrimeSoft Solutions (Pty) Ltd data base. This Credit Bureau information will never be disclosed to any third party, unless specifically authorised by the prospective lessee. The Lessee authorises PrimeSoft Solutions (Pty) Ltd to pass payment conduct information required by Tenant Network Profile (Pty) Ltd in order for it to maintain its data base of information. The following authorisation is incorporated in the documentation authorising the obtaining of Credit Bureau information:

Should it be found that the property is owned by any entity other than the entity registered on the profile, PrimeSoft Solutions (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to insist that the registered entity must obtain a written mandate from the property owner to administer his property on the platform. PrimeSoft Solutions (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to limit the services available to the account holder until such time that the Mandate is received.
PrimeSoft Solutions (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to develop additional services from time to time. These services may or may not involve the sharing of data with the vendor. In these instances, PrimeSoft Solutions (Pty) Ltd will obtain the authority of the user prior to implementing the service.
